I AM SMELLY! just got back from the umpiring course that took the whole day. like 8 to 5, wth. kay i'm making it sound really bad but it was actually lots of fun. i shall recount chronologically!
in the morning i met ruici, lihui, shaina & zhengzeng at the bus stop outside school. we had to go to CCAB by 0745/0800 or something. lihui came super late! then we realised that ruici wasn't there either. we called her & she was actually waiting at the foyerrr :D so, we like waited & waited for the bus but there weren't any! we almost took a cab but the evil driver refused to take 5 of us. STUPID LAW-ABIDING FREAKKK. in the end our bus came but we were still late. we ran all the way from the bus stop to CCAB! morning jog :D when we reached there, we saw this guy & he asked us, "are you here for the sports umpiring course?" we were like "yeahh, the netball umpiring course thing". then he led us to this weird room & we hesitated 'cause we saw guys going in. but then we realised that it was a SPORTS umpiring course, not just a NETBALL umpiring course. the theory lesson was short & the speaker kept on picking on this row of loser guys, it was so funny. there were people from many different schools. the CCAs were netball, volleyball, touch rugby & badminton. after the short theory session, we split into our different ccas. the netballers waited at the netball courts for a really long time. then we saw ms chng with some other coach. we were surprised 'cause we didn't know that she'd be teaching us. we waved to her & she just smiled.
lunch at the PRATA CAFE was nice. i had to force my roti john down! i was damn damn full. we had one and a half hours for lunch so we went back early & played concentration :D
after lunch was the PRACTICAL session. we took turns to play while 2 people got to practise umpiring.
OMG my umpiring totally sucked! i was umpiring with ruici & then i blowed for an offence when she was supposed to. basically everything was screwy 'cause i forgot to blow when the ball went out of court & when a goal was scored :/ after that our coach mrs goh had this talk with me & ruici & she said something like "you two really need a lot more practice" or something. OH WELL. not like i'm gonna be a professional umpire right. i'm gonna be a lawyer, dude.
at the place we were playing, we had full view of the track. in the morning when the sun wasn't out yet, there was this
supa-hawt guy doing 100m sprints! plusss. he was shirtless :D zhengzeng was tsk-ing me for ogling but i knew she liked it too. he looks damn fast & pro. oohlala. + hotbod. I LIKE :D (shit my lips are cracking noww. it hurts!) thennn after that there was this ugly gross guy jogging in scandalous translucent round cut shorts! we were totally like,
EWWWW. oh & i saw this barker guy with really nice arms. he's not very tall but i love his tan. i think he's a badminton-er. or maybe a touch rugger (sounds weird) since badminton is indoors & he probably won't get so tanned. yay & he's kinda cute too.
yeah & our instructor mrs goh has supa-hawt legs. she's cool!
SO, today was lovely 'cause we made so many friends from other schools like chungcheng & dunman & dunearn etc. and we got to play so many friendly, relaxed games. the people there were really nice(: ACK but now i'm like, 3 shades tanner or sth 'cause i didn't apply SUNBLOCK! i didn't know we were gonna play okay. I'M GONNA GET SKIN CANCER :/
